Questions, answered
Before you ask
- What is an AI employee?
- A scheduled task that does one job in your business from start to finish, and can run on a trigger. A workflow that does things. No jargon about agents and sub-agents: everyone here is an employee.
- Is it really live? What if I cannot make the date?
- It is live and it is virtual, and you will be able to ask questions as we build. If you cannot make the date, there will be a recording. Your seat includes the full recording of the session.
- How do I join on the day?
- Your join link is emailed the day before the workshop. Register and watch your inbox.
- What tools do I need?
- We build everything in Claude. The stack around it is what most businesses already have: Google Workspace and Gmail, Fireflies, which is free, and Claude Cowork at $20 a month. The group setup call before the workshop gets it all installed with you.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Before the workshop you join a group setup call where we get the tools installed together, with setup videos, a checklist, and office hours if you get stuck. On the day, you build along with us.
- Will there be homework?
- No. There will not be homework when you log off. We will be done. You leave with the six systems built and the workbook that documents every workflow and prompt.
- Can my AI employee email my clients without me?
- No, and that is by design. We do not let our AI employees email clients directly. The draft still stays, and you stay the one who hits send.
