One trip, one fee
Your planning fee covers a single trip of up to 10 days, including unlimited calls and follow-ups with you and your travel companions.
Hotel-inclusive packages
Our luxury vendors price packages with hotel included. Tour-only or itemized pricing is generally not available; villas booked via Airbnb/VRBO carry a 10% commission as those vendors do not pay agent commission.
Investment range
Custom trips come at a premium. Think of it as the difference between bespoke tailoring and machine-made clothes. All Caviar in the Air trips are customised from the ground up — this takes both expertise and effort. We don't work with fixed itineraries; we start from scratch and build the trip you want. What we bring to the table is a combination of Virtuoso network expertise, meticulous legwork, trip delivery and 24/7 concierge support. It's the combination of those four things that makes up our planning service, and if you're only in need of one of those factors, we may not be the right fit. Our trips typically cost $750–$1,500 per person per day, depending on destination, luxury level and degree of privatization. You pay us a single planning fee, we handle everything else. If you're the sort of person who sees the value in having someone else do your digging, and appreciates a stress-free, seamless travel experience, then you'll find the modest premium of a Caviar in the Air trip to be well worth it.
Destination changes
If you change destinations after your Champagne Call, a second planning fee applies so we can re-curate.
